Coastal Carolina Comfort is more than just a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) company – it’s a family legacy driven by passion and expertise. Derrick Hall, the owner, started his journey in the HVAC industry at the age of 18, starting as a Technician Assistant and working his way to Installation Manager. This formative experience became the cornerstone of his extensive knowledge in the trade.

Inspired by a family tradition, Derrick felt the HVAC calling deep in his blood. His grandfather, a skilled tradesman, imparted invaluable knowledge, making him realize that the combination of plumbing, electrical work, wiring, and carpentry in HVAC would never cease to be an exciting learning experience.

When a local HVAC company tried to sell him the business, he declined, seeing through a deal that would have been detrimental. His dedication to honesty and integrity stems from his belief that every homeowner should receive HVAC services at a fair price, countering the prevalent price gouging in the industry.

However, through perseverance and building trust, Coastal Carolina Comfort is now one of the largest Daikin dealers in the area. Achievements include obtaining residential and commercial contractors licenses, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
